Terms and Conditions

When you engage Omega Vehicle Engineering to conduct work for you, you will be treated respectfully and fairly.

You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• For vehicle modifications you will advise Omega Vehicle Engineering of all changes you have made to your vehicle.

• For appointments you will endeavour to advise Omega Vehicle Engineering of cancellations/changes ASAP.

• If you delay/cancel an appointment within 1 week of the job, Omega Vehicle Engineering reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of the job.

• Omega will reasonably assess your vehicle conducting appropriate engineering checks to ensure the compliance of your vehicle. If further evidence is required beyond what we deem as the minimum requirements, then the job will need to be requoted.
